Board of Directors

Joe Colbert

Is a Professional Educator. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Texas in Arlington, Texas, a Master of Education degree from East Texas State University, Commerce, Texas and he is currently pursuing a doctorate degree. He has experience in working with youth in the classroom and in the Juvenile Justice System.

Chris Davis

Has seven years of experience in the Banking industry and Systems and Development. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Divinity from Southern Methodist University. Davis developed a curriculum that addresses issues youth face, and he shares a deep concern for social justice.

Meliene Roussel

Attended Louisiana Tech University and LSUS. She majored in Business and Psychology. She is a Consultant in Leadership Management and Entrepreneurship. She has over fifteen (15) years’ experience in leadership management, sales and marketing, working with a number of Fortune 500 companies, including Starbucks and Clear Channel Radio. Meliene is also an entrepreneur, setting up two successful businesses: TeAme Concierge & Consulting and TeAme Leadership Consulting.

John Verrett

Has been employed for the Richardson Independent School District. He is presently the Building Engineer at Pierce High School. He has served on the Board of Directors for several nonprofit organizations, which provided him with more than ten years of experience in networking and fundraising. He is the owner of Verrett Music Production.

Dr. Melody White

Certified Systems Design and Analysis, Project manager, Programming, Internet Development, and Engineer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a Ph.D. in Information Systems and Decisions Systems. She has more than twenty years of experience in teaching Technology, Web Design, Project Management, Computer Networking, and Maintenance.
